Orders placed for in-stock items by 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. 

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

​Shipping charges are free within Canada when you buy for CAD$35 or above of products before taxes. Below the free delivery threshold, the shipping rate is calculated at the checkout. Please note that free shipping is not available to remote areas and extra shipping charges may apply. The conditions to be eligible to free shipping may change from one period to another.  Shipping costs may change without notice. For shipping outside Canada, shipping rate is calculated at the checkout.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER TO ME?  

 

Your order is delivered within 3 to 4 business days on average. For remote areas, it will take up to 10 business days. Please note that our carrier can sometimes experience delays that are beyond our control. ​  

 

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY HOME?

Yes, you can change the delivery address when placing your order. However, please make sure that the billing address matches the one registered to your credit card.
